Key Roles and Responsibilities Enhance existing AI Chat Assistant capabilities and develop new features/tools Improve UI/UX flows, wireframes, and user journeys Identify user pain points and recommend product improvements Validate features through user testing and feedback Create workflow, process, and system diagrams where needed Build scalable solutions that can support growing business and user needs Qualifications, Skills & Experience Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Engineering, or related disciplines Hands-on experience with Python and React Understanding of LLMs, AI Assistants, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Agent concepts Familiar with databases (SQL/PostgreSQL) and API integrations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with graph visualization and diagramming tools (Mermaid, Draw.io, Neo4j, Visio, etc.) Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, MCP, or agent frameworks Familiarity with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar AI platforms Our Culture at Sembcorp At Sembcorp, our culture is shaped by a strong set of shared behaviours that guide the way we work and uphold our commitment to driving the energy transition.
