Our year-round internship program is dedicated to developing your professional skills and providing invaluable insight into trade finance. We are seeking exceptional, intellectually curious individuals to work directly with Olea's senior management team in shaping the future of work. You will help map current-state processes, redesign future-state workflows, and build AI-enabled tools that enhance productivity, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness. This is a rare opportunity to help design and build Olea's future operating model in the age of AI. Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders to envision new ways of working enabled by AI, automation, and agentic workflows. Lead process transformation initiatives by documenting, analysing and redesigning business process. Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and redesign workflows. Build prototypes, tools and agents that translate transformation ideas into tangible business outcomes. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and drive adoption across the organization. Qualifications (training, licenses, memberships and certifications): Proficiency with Claude CoWork and Claude Code. Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and apply AI to solve business problems. Strong academic record and a keen interest in AI, business transformation, and the future of work. Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate ideas clearly. Requirements : Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's / Master's program at a Singapore-based university. Available for a full-time internship for the required internship period. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word). Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team. Priority will be given to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
