Job Description Get to Know the Team Join the GrabFood team at Grab and help shape Singapore's food delivery landscape. In this high-impact role, you will use operational insights and data analytics to improve platform strategy, accelerate merchant and GMV growth, and enhance the end-to-end consumer experience. Get to Know the Role As the Intern, Analytics & projects, GrabFood, you will report to the Manager of GrabFood Singapore, and drive business growth through rigorous data analytics, end-to-end campaign execution, and market intelligence. You will take ownership of your learning, bring a steadfast curiosity to learn, and thrive with autonomy. This is a full-time internship that runs onsite in the One-North office from January 2027 (6 months). The Critical Tasks You Will Perform You will help plan and analyse strategic projects for GrabFood's growth and optimization You will provide operational and project management support for demand-generation campaigns, including setup, documentation, and post-campaign analysis You will conduct in-depth data analysis to facilitate decision-making, identify issues, and develop solutions You will perform market research on competitive landscape and growth opportunities within the food delivery industry You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of different programs You will develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics You will Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc analyses Qualifications What Essential Skills You Will Need You are pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or other relevant fields You have analytical skills with proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming data from diverse sources You have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI You have a basic understanding of statistical analysis and its application in business contexts You have stellar written and verbal proficiency, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner You are proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations You handle multiple responsibilities concurrently while maintaining a strong attention to detail You have a creative mindset with a passion for using data to drive business decision Additional Information Life at Grab We care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer: We have your back with Term Life Insurance and comprehensive Medical Insurance.
