If you're passionate about storytelling, communications, business strategy, and creating meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you! 📍 Location: Singapore 🕒 Duration: 6-months part-time internship 📅 Start Date: Mid-September 2026 Target students Undergraduate or postgraduate students in Business, Communications, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Political Science or related fields About the Role The APAC President's Office sits at the center of strategic initiatives, executive communications, and leadership engagement across the region. As a Strategy & Communications Intern, you will work closely with the APAC President's Office and senior leadership team, gaining first-hand exposure to regional business strategy, executive communications, leadership events, and market intelligence projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, strong in written communication and a proactive individual who enjoys a mix of communications, project coordination, business research, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Regional Communications & Employee Engagement Support the development and execution of internal communications across APAC Maintain and refresh regional communication channels and intranet sites Help create engaging content including leadership messages, newsletters, townhall materials, and regional updates Assist with communication planning and calendar management for key APAC initiatives Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and information sharing across countries Leadership Meetings, Townhalls & Events Support the planning and execution of regional leadership meetings, town halls, and strategy sessions Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, agendas, and presentations Attend leadership meetings and capture key discussions, decisions, and action items Prepare concise meeting summaries and follow-up communications Support regional events and leadership engagement activities Strategic Projects & Market Research Conduct market research and competitor analysis across APAC markets Gather insights on workforce trends, AI, digital transformation, and industry developments Support strategic projects led by the APAC President's Office Analyze information and prepare executive-ready summaries and presentations Assist in tracking key initiatives and follow-up actions across the region Who We Are Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Excellent organizational and project coordination skills Ability to synthesize information and create clear, concise summaries Familiarity with AI tools, digital communications, and collaboration platforms is an advantage Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities What You Will Gain Direct exposure to APAC senior leadership and business decision-making Opportunity to work on regional strategic initiatives Hands-on experience in executive communications, stakeholder management and leadership meeting coordination.
