Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities What You'll Gain Exposure to recruitment and talent acquisition activities Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes Experience working with HR systems, reports, and dashboards Opportunities to collaborate with hiring managers and project teams Hands-on experience within a global engineering and construction company Show Your Expertise Education Currently pursuing or recently completed an ITE Nitec/Higher Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma in: Human Resource Management Business Management Business Administration Human Capital Management Psychology Accountancy & Business Banking & Finance Mass Communication Or other related disciplines You don't need prior HR experience. We're looking for students who are eager to learn and grow.
