Role Description This is a full-time Intern role based in Woodlands with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be completed from home. The intern will assist with daily operational activities, including data entry, document preparation, and basic reporting to support team projects. Responsibilities may include coordinating meetings, organizing files, contributing to research, and supporting communication with internal and external stakeholders. The intern will collaborate with team members on assigned tasks, follow established procedures, and help ensure that project timelines and quality standards are met. Training and guidance will be provided to help the intern develop professional skills and gain insight into organizational operations. Qualifications Ability to perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling. Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and professional correspondence. Good time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Comfort with using common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and online collaboration tools. Willingness to learn, take direction, and adapt to changing priorities in a hybrid work environment. Professional attitude, reliability, and attention to detail in completing assigned tasks. Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., business, administration, communications) is preferred but not required. Ability to commute to Woodlands as needed for on-site work.
