About the Role Join Phillip Nova’s Young Investors Program (YIP) Team and help us inspire the next generation of investors. As a Business Development Intern, you will support initiatives that promote financial literacy and expand our outreach to young adults across Singapore. This role offers hands-on exposure to business development, partnership management, event execution and marketing within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and executing business development and marketing campaigns. Support the planning and execution of educational events, seminars and outreach initiatives raise awareness of Phillip Nova among tertiary students and young working adults. Source partnerships with schools, student organisations and communities. Conduct research and provide administrative support for ongoing projects. We’re Looking For Someone Who Is Passionate about investing and financial markets, with a basic understanding of investing fundamentals. A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys bringing ideas to life. Outgoing and confident in building relationships with people. Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks. Creative, with an eye for content creation and social media. A strong communicator with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
