Job description: Position Summary The incumbent will primarily be responsible for assisting the Merchant Enablement team to manage the projects and track its progress with the relevant stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Assist project managers with developing project plans, timelines, and status reports Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items Track project progress and update task lists Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and ensure project milestones are met Conduct research and provide insights that help improve project workflows Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates Help maintain documentation, including project charters, risk logs, and budget trackers Requirements Education & Experience Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field Skills & Knowledge Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with project management principles is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude
