ABOUT S&TPPO
Science, Technology, and Engineering (STE) are pivotal in modernising public service delivery, as well as driving innovation and efficiency in the Public Sector. By integrating STE, cutting-edge solutions, and strategies to address complex societal challenges, we can significantly improve the quality of life for our citizens.
This role is with the People and Capability Development team in the Public Sector Science and Technology Policy and Plans Office (S&TPPO). The team develops and implements HR strategies and levers to strengthen capability development and the career value proposition for public service STE professionals.
ROLE
The incumbent will support the CTRL+SHIFT
campaign and S&TPPO office through stakeholder management, creation and/or vetting of digital content, and campaign coordination.
As the work at S&TPPO is collaborative in nature, the candidate should be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. They should also have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating engaging assets and social media content. Candidates who possess a working knowledge of Adobe Creative software products are preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Campaign
Support the ideation and creation of CTRL+SHIFT initiatives, collateral with the appointed creative agency.
Engage regularly with the appointed creative agency to handle campaign requirements, communicate expectations, and gather feedback.
Maintain quality control of assigned projects, ensuring final deliverables meet campaign standards.
Assist in the communication with various partners for talent attraction outreach.
2. Media
Support internal and external event coverage with photography and editing.
Research marketing and social media trends to identify fresh content ideas and concepts.
Assist with the creation of visual content for LinkedIn and EDMs.
Assist with basic copywriting.
3. Event Management
Work with the appointed creative agency to ensure that operational requirements are fulfilled.
Assist with on-site tasks, engage directly with target audience to communicate campaign objectives.
Liaise with external stakeholders for planning and troubleshooting, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders.

Possess excellent multi-tasking and project management skills.
Effective communicator, confident in speaking face-to-face with internal and external stakeholders.
Skilled in analysis and critical evaluation.
Keen eye for aesthetics.
Proactive with strong planning and time management skills.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative software products.
Background in events/social media is preferred.
