User Acquisition & Engagement: Develop and support the running of Klook's B2C marketing campaigns to acquire new users and engage existing ones — spanning both online and offline channels.
Promotional Content: Craft creative and compelling promotional materials for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with Klook's brand voice and tone for the Singapore market.
Offline Activations: Assist with the planning and execution of offline branding events and activations that showcase the Klook experience to new and existing users.
Campaign & CRM Operations
End-to-End Campaign Management: Support the implementation, tracking, and measurement of online and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
CRM Support: Assist in managing CRM workflows and communications, helping to maintain and grow Klook's user base through targeted and personalised outreach.
Trends & Performance Analysis
Market Research: Conduct basic market research and monitor the competitive landscape to identify marketing opportunities and proactively share findings with the team.
Data Tracking: Assist in pulling and analysing campaign performance data to evaluate the success of marketing initiatives and help refine future strategies.
Brand Consistency: Contribute to maintaining Klook's brand positioning and tone in Singapore, ensuring all marketing materials are consistent, engaging, and on-brand.
