Intern (Civil Engineer)

Job Responsibilities Assist in evaluating structural concept and details of projects and assist in carrying out independent analysis and checking to ensure safety and compliance with BCA and relevant authorities' requirements. Assist Senior Engineer to plan and coordinate with clients or ground agencies for inspection works on site. Assist in carrying out independent inspections of existing building structures or other types of structures and identify and defects and the scope of suitable repairs. Assist in reporting the outcome of the inspection to the Senior Engineer and prepare inspection reports in designated formats. Assist in conducting site checks on the repair works in building structures, in accordance with approved methods and procedures proposed by the Senior Engineer, Specifications and instructions. Any other tasks assigned as and when necessary. Job Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent Communication and teamwork Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools is a plus
