The Opportunity: We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a Clinical Outcome Coordinator Intern (COC Intern). As a COC Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the data collection of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs), managing the data collection processes and extracting meaningful insights from the data collected. Your role will contribute to improving patient care and treatment outcomes by providing valuable insights into patients’ experiences and perspectives. Responsibilities: Data Collection and Data Management •        Assist in the development and implementation of strategies for collecting PROMs data, and prepare relevant materials needed. •        Collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely data collection. •        Ensure assessment for each patient is accurate and complete. •        Perform data validation to ensure database is consistent with source data. •        Maintain organized records of PROMs data collected, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. •        Assist in the development and maintenance of a comprehensive data management system for PROMs data. Data Visualization and Reporting: •        Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports summarizing the analysed data. •        Create monthly slides with data visualizations to report findings from data analysis result to management and clinicians. •        Collaborate with the Programme Evaluation team to interpret findings and contribute to data-driven decision-making. General Administrative Support: •        Participate in meetings to provide updates on data collection progress and share insights to help improve clinical outcomes and patients’ satisfaction. Job Requirements: ·      Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. ·      Analytical and attention to detail. ·      Proficient in MS office. · Motivated and self-driven, able to work independently and as a good team player as part of a multidisciplinary team. ·      Singaporean Citizen ·      Able to commit to 6 month full time internship [M-F, 8:30-6)
