Key Roles and Responsibilities CRM Work with digital team to support migration of Commercial team's lead-tracking process from excel-based tracking to CRM. Review, cleanse and organize existing lead and customer data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Develop dashboards and reports to provide meaningful sales, progress and insights. Marketing Collaterals Review and streamline document management processes for marketing collateral, presentation decks, and industrial park brochures. Recommend and implement a systematic approach for version control, content updates and document tracking. Support ad-hoc data analysis and process improvement initiatives for the Commercial team. Supply Chain Intelligence & Research Support Collaborate with China Commercial team and VSIP team to collect, consolidate, and organize supply chain, industry, and market information shared across various channels. Analyze and map key supply chain ecosystems, including industry players, investment trends, and business linkages, into a structured and easy-to-reference format. Develop and maintain a master database that serves as a central repository of market intelligence and supply chain insights for the Commercial team’s business development activities. Market Research/ Database (later part of internship): Identifying potential companies expanding into our target markets Monitoring news and investment announcements across different countries Gathering and organizing market and company intelligence Building a structured database and search tool that the team can use on an ongoing basis Qualifications, Skills & Experience Background in Business, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of CRM systems, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage. Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with good data and document management capabilities. Able to communicate insights effectively through reports, presentations, and dashboards. Proactive team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. Keen interest in market intelligence, commercial operations, and business development. Experience with Python, SQL, Power Automate, AI tools, or database management is a plus.
