Job Description Research & Market Intelligence Conduct market research on hospitality trends, customer segments, and competitor activities. Gather industry best practices and benchmark commercial initiatives against leading hotel brands. Research emerging opportunities in key business segments, including MICE, corporate travel, leisure, and loyalty programs. Support destination and market profiling projects. Stakeholder Engagement & Feedback Gathering Coordinate with country / hotel teams and functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Operations, and Loyalty. Gather feedback through interviews, surveys, and workshops to identify challenges, opportunities, and best practices. Consolidate findings into actionable recommendations and project summaries. Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, organize, and analyze commercial performance data. Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews. Identify trends, patterns, and insights that can support decision-making and business development. Assist in tracking project progress and measuring outcomes. Playbook & Toolkit Development Support the creation of commercial playbooks, toolkits, and standard operating frameworks for key business segments. Develop and maintain content repositories, templates, and resource guides. Assist in creating standardized materials such as: MICE Sales Toolkits, Sales Enablement Resources, Property Profiling Templates, Market Intelligence Reports, Best Practice Guides, Training Materials Project Coordination Assist in planning and coordinating commercial projects and workstreams. Prepare meeting materials, project documentation, and follow-up actions. Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Learning Opportunities: The intern will gain exposure to: Hotel commercial strategy and execution MICE business development Sales and revenue management processes Hospitality market research and analytics Project management and stakeholder engagement Development of business frameworks and playbooks Regional and multi-property commercial operations Skills & Competencies/Requirements Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to organize and synthesize information from multiple sources. Strong attention to detail and project coordination skills. Comfortable working with data and translating insights into recommendations. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Preferred, But Not Mandatory Interest in hospitality, tourism, commercial strategy, or business development. Experience with data analysis, surveys, or research projects. Familiarity with presentation design and reporting tools.
