About this internship
Purpose of the Position:
We’re looking for curious, driven Interns to join our team for a minimum of 3 to 6 months.
This is a hands-on internship where you’ll get real exposure to the craft of integrated communications — working across PR, social media, digital, campaigns, and content from day one. You’ll be learning from experienced practitioners, getting your hands on live client work, and building the kind of skills and instincts that set you up for a strong start to your career. If you’re someone who’s genuinely passionate about communications, eager to learn, and ready to show up and do the work, this is your place.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the client experience
Get under the skin of your clients’ businesses — their audiences, pressures, and ambitions.
You’ll assist with project delivery across PR and digital workstreams, help prepare status reports, meeting materials, and project updates, and start developing the instinct for spotting opportunities and challenges before they surface.
Earn your PR stripes
Start getting to know the media and influencer landscape across your client sectors.
Stay on top of news and trends, support media monitoring, and begin sharpening your writing across pitches, press releases, and media briefs. You bring curiosity and fresh ideas to every brainstorm.
Get hands-on with integrated campaigns
Support the team across earned media and digital — from social content and platform management to scheduling, publishing, campaign reporting, and analytics.
You’ll help keep timelines and assets organised, get comfortable with the tools, and start developing fluency in what the numbers are telling you about what’s working.
Contribute to the creative process
Assist with the production of visual and video content across client campaigns — from static posts and short-form video to reels and LinkedIn document posts.
Depending on your team and your strengths, that could mean building assets yourself in tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite, or bringing a sharp visual perspective to briefs and brainstorms.
Stay curious about trends
Keep up with what’s happening across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and the industries your clients operate in.
Bring ideas to brainstorms and contribute to a team culture that’s always looking for what’s next.
Work smarter with AI
Explore AI tools as a genuine part of how you work — researching faster, drafting sharper, exploring new visual styles, and finding better angles on every brief. You bring an open and experimental mindset to new ways of working.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Arts, Film, Media Production, or a related field
A foundational understanding of PR, earned media, and social media — whether from coursework, personal projects, or prior internships
Strong written and verbal English, with an eye for detail — clarity and craft matter here
Hands-on familiarity with social media platforms, and a basic curiosity about how paid social or SEM works
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) as part of your everyday workflow
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
A self-starter with a positive attitude who doesn’t wait to be told what to do next
A collaborative spirit and the ability to take direction and run with it
Comfortable working across teams, cultures, and seniority levels in a fast-moving, multicultural environment
