Key Duties and Responsibilities As an Intern, CELD, you will work closely with the CELD team to support the planning, coordination, and execution of key initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational capability. You will gain hands‑on exposure to employee engagement programmes, internal communications, and learning initiatives. Support the end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement activities. Assist in supporting employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback collection, and participation tracking. Help develop and curate content for engagement campaigns and internal communications (e.g., newsletters, intranet updates, event publicity). Support onboarding and orientation programmes to enhance new hire experience. Assist in coordinating learning and development activities, including training logistics, scheduling, and materials preparation. Maintain training records and support tracking of learning participation and outcomes. Conduct research on employee engagement trends and learning best practices to support programme design. Assist in preparing simple reports, dashboards, and presentation materials on engagement and learning initiatives. Provide administrative support to CELD initiatives, including vendor coordination and documentation. Support ad hoc projects and administrative tasks within the CELD team. Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong interest in employee engagement, culture-building, and learning & development. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Basic knowledge in Canva/ design tool is a plus.
