We are looking for a highly analytical and driven intern to join our Innovation team working on two strategic digital initiatives: LUNA: an AI-powered decision orchestration agent for business / country leaders DMC (Digital Maintenance Check): a real-time monitoring and predictive diagnostics solution This role offers a unique opportunity to shape how data drives decisions and operations at scale, combining analytics, automation, and next-generation AI systems. What will you be doing? AI Agent Development & Data Consolidation (LUNA Focus) Explore and prototype AI agent architectures (e.g. Databricks LangGraph + Power Automate hybrid) Design and build interactive dashboards that unify fragmented service and business data Automate data pipelines and reporting workflows to reduce manual effort in decision-making Map and integrate multiple data sources into a cohesive AI-driven decision system Advanced Analytics & Next-Best-Action (NBA) Prototyping Perform root-cause and trend analysis to explain performance gaps Develop and refine predictive models and Next-Best-Action (NBA) logic Experiment with AI-driven insight generation, summarisation, and recommendation engines Build feedback loops to improve recommendation accuracy over time Workflow Automation & AI-to-Action Execution (LUNA) Prototype end-to-end workflows (insight → recommendation → action) using automation tools Integrate AI outputs with execution layers (e.g. Power Automate approval flows, alerts, task creation) Contribute to building a system where AI not only analyzes—but triggers business actions Monitoring & Predictive Insights (DMC) Develop real-time monitoring dashboards for digital assets and infrastructure Implement anomaly detection models and early-warning indicators Automate tracking of key KPIs (uptime, detection speed, site visit reduction) Support development of predictive diagnostics capabilities What You Will Gain Hands-on experience building AI agent systems (GenAI + orchestration frameworks) Exposure to end-to-end product development: data → insights → decisions → actions Practical experience with modern data platforms, automation tools, and AI frameworks Opportunity to contribute to live pilots with real business impact Direct collaboration with innovation leaders, engineers, and business stakeholders Are you the one? Strong foundation in data analytics, statistics, or engineering Experience with Python / SQL / dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Interest in AI systems, automation, and decision intelligence Exposure or curiosity towards AI frameworks, APIs, or workflow automation tools is a plus Self-starter mindset: comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving innovation environments What do we offer?
