Job Description You will support the Data & AI team in the research and design of digital and AI products. Working with business and technology teams, you will help understand user needs and translate insights into practical, user-friendly product experiences. Responsibilities Support user research and gather feedback to understand user needs and pain points Assist in developing user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface designs Support usability testing and refinement of product designs Conduct research to support product and design decisions Collaborate with business and technology teams on product requirements and implementation Prepare design materials and documentation for discussions and presentations Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Relevant studies or experience in design, technology, social sciences or a related field Interest or experience in UI/UX, product design or user research Familiarity with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills Interest in digital products, AI and real estate Proactive, willing to learn and comfortable working with different teams Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
