    Summary Are you the friend everyone goes to for “can you make this look nicer” and “can you help us run this event”? If you’re always on social media, love creating visuals/reels and get excited about bringing ideas to life, come join Scoot as an intern! You’ll get to do the creative work you enjoy while running internal campaigns and employee events that build culture and keep people connected. Responsibilities Job Description Content creation Design and produce creative assets like graphics, photos and videos for internal comms and employer branding campaigns Support video storyboarding and turning ideas into short, engaging content Support social media posting across Scoot’s employer branding channels (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) in different formats (posts, stories, reels, short-form videos) Get exposure to collaboration projects with agencies/partners/influencers (when relevant) Bring experiences to life Support the end-to-end planning and execution of internal events and engagement activities Draft employee-facing communications Most importantly: bring ideas—we want someone who can propose creative, practical ways to make events and campaigns more fun, clear and engaging Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or higher (mass communications, design, media, marketing, human resource, business - anything relevant is welcome) You’re resourceful and proactive Strong writing skills (you can make messages sound human, not corporate) Good eye for detail, strong follow-through and reliable with deadlines Creative, adaptable and not afraid to try things Skills Tools you should be comfortable with Social platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Design/editing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro Canva / CapCut is a plus Bonus points if you have Familiarity with TikTok/IG trends and what works on social Basic video editing skills (cuts, captions, simple transitions) Experience supporting events (CCA, school events, communities, anything counts)
