About the role

Sitting at the crossroads of people, culture, and communication, you will support SDC's employer branding strategy as we enter an exciting phase of island transformation. You will turn key initiatives into compelling content across our career website, social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn), and various HR touchpoints, amplifying our brand to both internal employees and prospective talent.
As we are still in the early stages of this journey, there is real space for you to initiate projects that support your own learning goals and inform your next career step.
What You Will be Doing:
Deliver audience-focused communications across internal and external channels, through engaging social content and video reels
Gather employee and intern stories, features and testimonials to craft authentic content that enriches both our employer brand and the internship experience
Support the planning and execution of SDC's internship programme, from coordinating logistics to driving onboarding and engagement initiatives with fellow interns
Participate in campus outreach activities, including representing us at career fairs to connect with students
You are a Great Fit If You...
Are an undergraduate in Communications & New Media, or Human Resources with a marketing minor
Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for design and the ability to adapt your writing style for different audiences
Are proficient in multimedia content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut, and bring a genuine passion for visual storytelling
Are willing to occasionally step in as on-camera talent, including some experience with voiceover work, narration, and hosting
Are curious, collaborative, and comfortable finding your footing in a space that is still taking shape
