    About this internship

    Gaw Capital is seeking a Full-time Intern (6 months or more) for the Energy Transition Investment Team and the position is based in Singapore. The Energy Transition team looks to invest in a few key verticals across Asia Pacific: renewable-linked maritime infrastructure, battery and solar technologies/storage, e-mobility, and circular economy solutions. The Intern will work closely with the investment team and other teams (Asset Management, Capital Markets, Finance etc.) to both evaluate new opportunities and manage existing investments. Responsibilities: Conduct general industry as well as specific market / submarket research and data analysis Participate in the due diligence process and deal evaluation Help build the financial projection and perform valuation analysis Help prepare the investment memo and supporting material Assist in the management and reporting of existing investments Qualification and skills: Local student currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree or recent graduate in any discipline with strong interests in private equity investments (will only consider candidates who do not require visa sponsorship upon graduation) Strong quantitative / excel modelling skills Strong data analytical skills Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills and team player We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who is available to start promptly and is committed to a full-time internship of 6 months or more.
