About The Role

Join the Enterprise Business Process Management (EBPM) team — the internal transformation engine of the company.
In this role, you will work on real, cross-functional initiatives that improve how the organization operates end-to-end. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and IT, gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise transformation, digitalization, and process improvement.
This internship is ideal for candidates interested in careers in strategy, consulting, analytics, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
Map and analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Support design and implementation of scalable, standardized process solutions
Assist in ERP enhancements and digital tool implementations (e.g. vendor catalogues, contract lifecycle tools)
Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs and operational performance
Extract, analyze, and interpret data to generate actionable insights
Participate in cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on processes and solutions
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system rollout, and adoption activities
Contribute to process governance, documentation, and standardization efforts
Who We Are Looking For
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear outputs
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams
Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
Technical Skills (Preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas; VBA is an advantage)
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying
Exposure to ERP systems (IFS, SAP, Oracle) is a plus
Understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement concepts
