    About this internship

Roles and Responsibilities: Event Preparation & Execution Support end-to-end planning and execution of our large-scale events (e.g. investment seminars, roadshows, conferences), from pre-event prep through to on-site delivery. Take ownership of larger work streams with guidance — including leading vendor selection (sourcing, comparing quotes, and coordinating contracts for venues, F&B, AV, printing, and giveaways). Prepare event run sheets, logistics checklists, and briefing documents for internal stakeholders and vendors. Assist on-site during events with setup, registration, guest management, and troubleshooting. Content Creation for Events Plan and produce short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels) to promote events before, during, and after. Edit event highlight reels, photos, and other content using CapCut or similar tools. Capture photo and video content on the ground during events for use across social and marketing channels. Support the team in creating event marketing collaterals, such as posters, e-invites, and social captions. Campaign Support Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online ads, and events (e.g. investment seminar). Help track the performance of event and marketing campaigns and analyze results to improve future strategies. Support the team in creating marketing strategies and materials for upcoming promotions. Collaborating with Various Business Units Work closely with other departments (sales, design, product) to align event and marketing strategies with business objectives. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery. Attend team meetings to provide updates and insights into ongoing projects. What We Are Looking For: We value the diverse skills and perspectives that each intern brings. While you may not need to meet every requirement fully, having some familiarity or budding expertise in the following areas will help you make the most of this opportunity and succeed with our team. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field. A strong interest in events/campaign management and improving marketing operational efficiency. Hands-on experience or a keen interest in video editing (CapCut) and creating content for TikTok/Instagram Reels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when juggling multiple event work streams. Comfortable taking initiative and leading smaller projects or vendor conversations with guidance. Confident interacting with vendors and clients during offline/physical events. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team. Flexible to support occasional evening/weekend work around major event dates.
