Overview We are seeking a motivated Finance / Accounting Intern to support day-to-day finance operations. This role provides hands-on exposure to accounting processes, financial reporting, and system implementation. Key Duties and Responsibilities Accounting & Transaction Processing Assist in processing accounting transactions and maintaining accurate financial records Support accounts payables (AP) activities, including verification of invoices Support accounts receivables (AR) activities, including billing and collection activities Perform vendor reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies Financial Reporting & Month-End Activities Assist in end-of-period closing activities, including vendor reconciliation and assist in resolving discrepancies Compliance & Record Management Support with fixed asset sighting and physical verification Systems & Process Improvement Participate in new system implementation activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) Support preparation of go-live documentation Requirements Good understanding of accounting principles Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and take initiative
