Intern, Financial Planning & Analysis

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under the Financial Planning & Analysis Team, working full-time from August 2026 to December 2026. Job Responsibilities Assist in monthly and quarterly forecasting, preparation of Economic Value Added (“EVA”) works Assist in analyzing industry peers' key performance metrics Support the data preparation and cleansing for the roll-out of new system or process improvement. Assist in preparation of financial highlights for results presentation and annual report Support any other ad-hoc assignments as required. Job Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
