Key Roles And Responsibilities Assist in HSSE Compliance : Support the HSSE team in ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, security, and environmental regulations and standards. Monitoring and Reporting : Support HSSE monitoring activities, including data collection, analysis, and reporting. Documentation and Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date HSSE documentation, records, and databases. Help ensure proper documentation of safety meetings, inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Implementation of HSSE Programs : Assist in development of HSSE initiatives and programs. Assist in designing and creating initiatives to reduce workplace incidents. HSE AI Initiatives Development : Assist in using AI to develop and review HSE initiatives such as video analytics , risk assessment. Risk Identification : Assist in identifying workplace safety and health risk including psychological risks and stressors in the workplace. Ad Hoc Tasks : Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the HSSE Manager or Supervisor. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Background in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Security Management, or equivalent Strong interest in health, safety, security, and environmental management within the renewable energy industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. P roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) .
