A Snapshot of Your Day Siemens Energy's Grid Technologies Sales division in the Asia Pacific region is seeking an Intern to support the regional Digi Initiative, driving the application and adoption of digitalization tools across the AP&CN region. This early-career learning experience connects the intern with regional and headquarters teams to advance strategic digital objectives. To address this business aim, this role focuses on digital initiative support, regional coordination, and data analysis. These areas are designed to help the intern gain hands-on corporate experience while directly contributing to the regional digital transformation roadmap. Given the focus on digitalization and cross-regional collaboration, the ideal candidate will be a proactive student or recent graduate with strong communication skills, analytical capabilities, and a passion for technology. How You’ll Make An Impact 40% Digital Initiative Support Assist in the rollout, application, and adoption of digitalization initiatives and tools within the GT Sales AP&CN region. Gather feedback from regional users to identify pain points and opportunities for digital tool improvement. Support the regional team in testing and validating new digital platforms or feature updates. 30% Regional Collaboration & Coordination Coordinate with local teams in Asia Pacific & China and HQ colleagues to align on digital project timelines and deliverables. Prepare meeting agendas, document key decisions, and follow up on action items across regional project teams. Create user guides, training materials, or quick-reference sheets to help regional colleagues adopt new digital solutions. 30% Data Management & Reporting Consolidate regional data and metrics to track the adoption progress and KPIs of various digital initiatives. Create basic dashboards or visual reports to present digital initiative status updates to regional management. What You Bring Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience with digital tools, data visualization, or project coordination in academic or professional settings is advantageous.
