About this internship
The Human Resources Department is currently offering an internship experience that will allow you to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including internship recruitment, LinkedIn content management, and regional HR process alignment project.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Regional HR Process Alignment
Support regional HR initiatives to align and standardise onboarding and offboarding processes, practices, and documentation across the SCAO Group.
Assist in reviewing existing HR onboarding/offboarding workflows, identifying process gaps or inconsistencies, and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency across entities.
Work with regional HR teams to gather feedback, document best practices, and support the implementation of region-wide HR onboarding/offboarding procedures and guidelines.
LinkedIn Content Management
Create engaging content (articles, infographics, videos) for our Corporate LinkedIn Page, collaborating with departments and regional offices to gather ideas and insights.
Collaborate with fellow interns to conceptualise a LinkedIn feature series highlighting internship experiences (e.g. learning journey, projects, culture).
Develop a dynamic content calendar that spans the entire year, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence on LinkedIn.
Build a library of backup content for uninterrupted posting during peak periods.
Recruitment
Review and update interview guides to ensure alignment with current HR standards.
Support intern recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, initial screening and interviews, interview scheduling, and coordination with hiring stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education: Students currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and attention to detail.
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work independently, seeking out resources and solutions as needed.
