About this internship
What You Will Be Working On
We are looking for an intern to support the HR Department’s digitalisation efforts through two key projects:
Key Projects
1. Automate HR Workforce Tracking
Enhance and automate the updating of HR workforce data used to track officers’ postings, secondments, and movements.
Streamline data collection and validation to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
Explore the use of automation tools, workflows, and dashboards to support workforce planning.
2. Develop a HR Chatbot
Design and develop a chatbot to answer common Ranking & Promotion (R&P) and HR-related queries from officers.
Work with HR stakeholders to identify frequently asked questions and translate them into chatbot capabilities.
Improve employees’ access to HR information and enhance overall user experience.

What We Are Looking For
Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Human Resource, or a related field.
Familiarity with data analysis, automation, and digital tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Python or similar tools).
Interest in AI, process improvement, and digital transformation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
