Intern - HR Digitalisation & Analytics

What The Role Is We are looking for an intern to support the HR Department’s digitalisation journey by building and enhancing tools that improve workforce planning, decision-making and employee experience. This includes further developing an existing prototype for staff posting and career interest tracking, designing dashboards and applications to make HR data more accessible, structured, and actionable. What You Will Be Working On In this role, you will take on meaningful projects to streamline and automate key HR processes, such as succession planning and ranking administration. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points, co-design digital solutions, and bring prototypes to life. Through this, you will gain hands-on experience in applying data analytics, automation and digital tools to solve real-world HR challenges, while contributing to impactful improvements in how we plan, develop and manage our workforce. What We Are Looking For Pursuing a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Human Resource, or related fields Proficiency in data analysis, visualisation and digital tools (e.g. MS Excel, Power BI or similar platforms) for managing, analysing and presenting HR data. Strong interest in digital transformation, process improvement, and application of technology in HR Strong team player with good interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills Good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
