Human Resource Operations Intern (f/m/x) Full time, 4 January 2027 - 30 June 2027 What awaits you? Be part of the Local HR team to support HR operations, including but not limited to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Orientation activities. Support and promote HR communications through internal channels such as newsletters, email communications, intranet, and SharePoint pages. Assist in the review and updating of HR policies, processes, and documentation. Support the coordination of HR projects and local employee engagement activities. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of HR initiatives. What You Should Bring Along Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Comfortable working with digital tools, with an interest in learning about HR processes and process improvements. Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A commitment to an internship period of at least 6 months.
