The merger of Aviva Singapore and Singlife was announced in September 2020 and created one of the largest homegrown financial services companies in Singapore in a deal valued at S$3.2 billion. It was the largest insurance deal in Singapore at the time. Singlife was subsequently acquired by Sumitomo Life in March 2024, one of Japan’s leading life insurers, which valued Singlife at S$4.6 billion, making the transaction one of the largest insurance deals in Southeast Asia. Responsibilities Automate the pain points of user access review Auto-generate reviewer specific excel packs Auto sending to the reviewers Auto chaser (reminders + escalation) Reconciliation of the UAR from reviewers Build an ‘attestation’ experience Reviewer gets a form – like UI Easy approval for reviewer Easy check by maker IGA automation with the manager Onboard/offboard Smart enhancements based on ‘risk-based sampling’ Anomaly flags Auto-assign reviewer using rules etc Requirements Pursuing a Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Cyber Security / Business Management or related discipline. Able to commit full-time for at least minimum of 12 weeks. Strong writing and content generation skills with excellent command of English. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment while adhering to a stipulated timeline. Knowledge of information security technologies would be advantageous.
