    About this internship

    You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme, joining the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) team on a full-time internship from January to June 2027. This internship provides hands-on exposure to SAP support, system implementation activities, data migration, testing, and business processes. You will work closely with the IS&T team and gain practical experience supporting SAP FICO and Materials Management (MM) related projects and day-to-day operations. Job Responsibilities: Support the SAP FICO team in Company Code Creation and Functional Currency Change projects, including data migration, testing, documentation, and project coordination. Support the SAP MM team in handling Level 1 support tickets and user enquiries, including troubleshooting basic issues and escalating more complex cases to the relevant team members. Assist with data migration activities, including data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and documentation to support data accuracy and completeness. Prepare and execute UAT scripts, document test results, and support issue tracking and defect resolution. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, user guides, process documentation, and status reports. Analyse, reconcile, and maintain project-related data using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Work closely with the internal IS&T team and relevant stakeholders to support project and operational requirements. Job Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Demonstrates a keen interest in enterprise systems, SAP, technology, and business processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Possesses good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to work accurately with data. Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proactive and willing to learn, with a positive attitude towards taking on new tasks and challenges. Prior exposure to SAP or other ERP systems through coursework, academic projects, or previous internship experience would be advantageous. (We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified)
