About The Team
The Regional Marketing team drives strategic initiatives that shape Shopee's presence across Southeast Asia and Taiwan. We develop cross-functional marketing strategies and execute high-impact projects that strengthen Shopee's position as the leading e-commerce platform in the region.
Job Description
Support regional stakeholders in identifying challenges and opportunities across markets
Assist in the standardisation of best practices by helping to document effective solutions for future reference and reuse
Contribute to building relationships with country teams by providing research and analytical support grounded in the regional context
Participate in operational assessments through engagement with on-the-ground teams to develop an understanding of operational pain points
Help translate qualitative feedback and operational insights into structured summaries and recommendations that inform regional decision-making
Assist in the rollout and execution of regional initiatives by supporting alignment efforts and flagging potential risks
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical thinking with an interest in SEA regional operations, marketing & buyer experience, and e-commerce
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across diverse teams
Eagerness to learn, resilient, with an eye for detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment
Prior internship experience or coursework in business, marketing, or e-commerce is a plus
