    About CASE The Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation committed to protecting and promoting consumer interests in Singapore. CASE supports consumers through education, advice, dispute resolution, business accreditation, and advocacy for fair trading practices. As part of CASE’s efforts to strengthen consumer protection and improve organisational processes, you will support a dynamic team in technology, digital transformation, operations, and project initiatives that serve both consumers and businesses. Key Responsibilities IT Operations & User Support Provide first-level support to internal users on hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, and business systems. Assist with user account administration, system access management, and troubleshooting of IT-related issues. Support the maintenance of IT assets, inventory records, and technology documentation. Assist in testing new applications, system enhancements, and technology solutions before deployment. Digital Transformation & Automation Support the development and maintenance of Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. Assist in configuring and testing Copilot, AI agents, chatbots, and workflow automation solutions. Participate in CRM and database improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct research on emerging technologies and recommend practical solutions that can improve organisational processes. Assist in documenting business requirements, process flows, user stories, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for digital initiatives. Data Analytics & Reporting Assist in collecting, validating, and analysing operational data. Support the preparation of dashboards, reports, and visualisations for management decision-making. Help identify trends and insights from business and consumer-related data. Assist with data cleansing and quality assurance activities. Project & Administrative Support Support project teams in coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project documentation. Assist in preparing presentations, meeting minutes, user guides, and training materials. Participate in CASE-wide technology and innovation initiatives. Undertake other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor. Requirements Qualifications and Experience Current student pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or a related discipline. Able to commit to an internship period of 6 months. Basic understanding of information technology concepts and digital systems. Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI technologies, programming, or database systems will be an advantage. Prior project, coursework, or internship experience in technology-related areas is advantageous. Exposure to cloud technologies such as Microsoft Azure is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong interest in technology, digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics. Eager to learn and willing to take initiative in solving problems. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, SharePoint, CRM systems, or low-code/no-code platforms will be an advantage. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and project implementation practices will be advantageous. Ability to document requirements, processes, and technical solutions in a clear and structured manner. Part-time arrangements may be considered for suitable candidates, depending on their availability and qualifications.
