Role Overview
The resource will be part of the CSV (Computer System Validation) team and will support the CSV lead by reviewing, routing, and finalizing validation deliverables in accordance with applicable internal SOPs, templates, and regulatory expectations. The role requires a hands-on, proactive, and quality-focused individual who can work independently with project teams, vendors, IT, QA, and business stakeholders at HOYA Surgical Optics.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in drafting computer system validation (CSV) lifecycle documentation or other documentation as assigned
Support ongoing CSV activities for global and site-level GxP projects including MES, D365 ERP, eQMS, Power BI dashboards, infrastructure projects, and other computerized system.
Route validation documents for review and approval in the company’s eQMS system, ensuring appropriate reviewers, approvers, version control, and document workflow compliance.
Track review comments, follow up on open actions, and support closure of document review cycles.
Take on additional validation, documentation, review, or project support activities as required to meet business and project needs.

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft office) essential (preferable to have advanced skills in MS Word, MS excel)
Academic Qualifications
Pursuing Diploma or Degree Preferably in Science or Engineering
