To develop a leadership and management soft skill roadmap for both Deck and Engineering Officers, as part of a team. This is to be developed after researching into the future needs and requirements of seafaring. After producing the proposed learning roadmap, the intern is expected to also produce the implementation plan to roll out learning roadmap.
