MTU Aero Engines AG Intern- Leasing and Asset Management (all genders) Standort Singapur Einstiegsbereich Praktikum Zielgruppe Student:innen Vertragsart Vollzeit Job-ID 1702 Strong responsibilities Manage the APAC portfolio of lease assets and assist in expansion of portfolio Prepare lease business cases and commercial proposals to clients Manage the transactions and contracts of lease placements and extensions Participate and contribute to weekly lease management strategy meetings. Prepare summary and recommendations to Director of Lease Management. Create and manage an APAC intelligence dashboard Perform valuations & cashflow analysis on potential asset acquisitions Attend periodic industry events and customer meetings Your qualifications Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint proficiency. Experience with financial modelling & dashboards preferred. Strong Financial Literacy and Analysis skills, commercial acumen, and basicaccounting knowledge. Passionate about aviation and the aviation finance, aftermarket & leasing industry. Knowledge of civil aviation aircraft and powerplants advantageous. Good communication and presentation skills. Possess innovation and re-sourcefulness. A good attitude and receptive to learning. Able to perform under pressure. Recently completed Bachelors/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Busi-ness, Data Analytics preferred.
