Intern - Logistics & Shipping

We are looking for a Logistics & Shipping Intern to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will work closely with the Logistics, Shipping and Kitting teams to review existing processes and transform manual work instructions and processes into clear, structured and user-friendly digital SOPs and work manuals. You will gain hands-on experience in logistics, process documentation and digitalization, while working with cross-functional teams to improve process consistency, efficiency and knowledge sharing. Internship Period: Jan - Jun 2027 Responsibilities Work closely with the Logistics, Shipping and Kitting teams to understand existing processes and day-to-day activities. Review and document current manual processes, work instructions and operating procedures. Convert existing manual documentation and process knowledge into clear, standardized and easy-to-follow digital SOPs and work manuals. Create visual process guides, flowcharts, checklists and other supporting materials to improve user understanding. Organize and standardize SOPs and manuals to ensure information is clear, accurate, consistent and easy to access. Work with process owners and key users to validate and improve documented procedures. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, eliminate unnecessary manual work and improve process efficiency and consistency. Support the digitalization and improvement of logistics, shipping and kitting processes through simple digital tools and solutions. Assist with data collection and analysis to identify process gaps, recurring issues and improvement opportunities. Maintain and update SOPs and work manuals when there are process or operational changes. Support other logistics, supply chain and continuous improvement projects as required. Requirements Currently pursuing a Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline. Interest in Logistics, Shipping, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations. Strong documentation and process-mapping skills, with the ability to turn complex processes into clear and easy-to-understand instructions. Basic knowledge of data analysis, process improvement or digitalization is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information in a clear and structured manner. Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with different teams and understand their processes. Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
