Job Description
We are looking for a curious and analytical
Brand & Digital Analytics Intern
to support the measurement and optimisation of our brand marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations that strengthen brand impact and campaign performance.
You will work closely with brand, digital, events and communications (PR & social media) teams to track performance across channels, support reporting, and contribute to data-driven marketing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Campagin Execution & Analytics
Support campaign planning and execution across digital and traditional channels
Track and analyse performance of the campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels
Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement and conversion
Support brand health tracking, campaign post-mortems, and performance dashboards
Identify trends, insights, and optimisation opportunities from campaign data
Digital & Social Media Performance
Brainstorm and support the production of content for social media and digital marketing purposes
Support analysis of website, social media, and EDM performance using tools such as Google Analytics and social platform insights
Assist in A/B testing analysis for creatives, copy, and formats
Benchmark performance against historical data and industry norms
Reporting & Insights
Prepare regular reports and presentation decks for internal stakeholders
Translate data into clear narratives and insights for non-technical audiences
Support ad-hoc analysis for launches, activations, and special campaigns
Events Support
Support marketing and communications efforts for internal and external events
Assist with event logistics such as registration management, vendor coordination, materials preparation, and on-site setup
Support on-ground event operations such as registration desks, guest management, and post-event surveys
Collaboration & Support
Work with brand, digital, media, and agency partners to align on KPIs and reporting needs
Support data hygiene, tracking frameworks, and tagging where required
Requirements
General Degree or Diploma, preferably in Marketing / New Media
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, CRM or event platforms is an advantage
Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and customer funnels
Highly motivated and able to function effectively in a high pressure, multi-task environment and adhere to deadlines
Clear communicator who can translate insights into practical actions
Analytical, organised, and detail-oriented
Proactive and hands-on, with a willingness to support on-site events when required
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in English; Simplified Chinese is a plus
Able to commence work on short notice with a full-time commitment of 4 to 6 months
