About Disney Cruise Line
Since launching in 1998, Disney Cruise Line has established itself as a leader in the cruise industry, providing a setting where families can reconnect, adults can recharge and children can experience all Disney has to offer. Today, the award-winning Disney Cruise Line continues to expand its blueprint for family cruising with a fleet of six ships — the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Wish, and Disney Treasure — and seven more ships on the way, including the expanded relationship with Oriental Land Company Ltd. to bring Disney cruise vacations to Japan, by 2031. The Disney Cruise Line fleet sails to destinations in The Bahamas, the Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, the South Pacific, and Australia and New Zealand. About The Role
The
Marketing Strategy and Media & Social Intern
role will support Disney Cruise Line's Media & Digital Marketing team in Singapore. This role will get hands-on experience working on real marketing campaigns for Disney Cruise Line — from big-picture strategy to day-to-day media and social execution.
This role will support both the
Marketing Strategy
and
Media, Digital & Social
teams, giving exposure to how ideas turn into campaigns, and how campaigns are brought to life across media and social platforms – keeping to the business objectives of driving consumer demand and revenue goals.
This role will support the team in keeping our brand storytelling strong and consistent, while also learning how marketing performance is tracked and analyzed.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Support
Assist the team in developing and executing marketing campaigns across media, digital, social, web, email, and trade materials.
Help ensure marketing content follows Disney brand guidelines and storytelling standards.
Support coordination with internal teams to deliver marketing materials on time.
Assist with organizing projects and keeping track of timelines and deliverables.
Media & Campaign Execution
Support the planning and execution of campaigns across paid, owned, and social media channels.
Assist with campaign briefs, asset tracking, and coordination with media and creative agencies.
Help monitor media spend and campaign progress.
Conduct basic research on competitor activity and media trends.
Social & Digital Marketing
Help manage social media calendars and publishing schedules.
Support day-to-day social media activities, including community management and content coordination.
Assist with content production, photoshoots, and creative sessions when required.
Support influencer/KOL activities such as content review and tracking deliverables.
Take part in creative brainstorms and idea-sharing sessions.
Reporting & Analytics
Help compile campaign performance reports using Excel and platform dashboards.
Assist in tracking results and identifying basic insights and trends.
Support the preparation of presentations and summaries for internal sharing.
Internship Requirements:
Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree
Still an undergraduate and not yet graduated during the internship period
Must be available for full-time internship commitment (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) between January to June 2027
Must be available to work on-site throughout the full period of internship

Requirements:
Currently an undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Social Media or a related field
Strong interest in marketing, media, digital, and social platforms
Strong project management skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends
Being a Disney fan is definitely a plus! - Interest or fan mentality for Disney Cruise Line, Disney, Pixar, Star Wars and Marvel
Ability to adapt quickly to a constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in a fast-paced working environment
Strong team player; possesses good interpersonal skills with a high level of enthusiasm in collaborating in cross functional teams
Adopts a challenging and questioning approach, proposing information and solutions in creative ways
Passionate team player with a never-ending curiosity
Self-starter that needs minimal supervision in motivating himself/herself, always looking for opportunities to contribute to our campaigns and overall projects.
Ability to prioritize workload to meet competing deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
