Key Responsibilities Data Management & Process Improvement Work with actual Excel datasets received from OSAT partners to understand, clean, transform, validate, and consolidate material inventory and liability data. Analyze data structures and reporting methodologies from multiple subcontractors to improve data consistency and reporting accuracy. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline material data management processes. Demand vs Material Analytics Enhance the current Demand vs Material Analysis tool by comparing S&OP forecasts, demand fluctuations, and subcontractor material liability claims. Improve data validation methodologies to increase analysis accuracy and provide better material exposure assessments. Support root cause analysis of material variances and inventory liabilities across OSATs. Reporting Standardization Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and standardize reporting templates for OSAT partners. Develop templates that capture ST-specific material inventory positions, aging inventory, liability status, and exposure metrics. Drive adoption of standardized reporting formats to improve reporting quality and consistency. Dashboard Development & Business Intelligence Support the development of Power BI dashboards that provide visibility of OSAT material inventory and liability status. Create visualizations and performance metrics to monitor material exposure risks and inventory trends. Assist in generating insights and recommendations to support material planning and risk-control decisions. Qualifications Education Able to commit minimum 5 months of internship Pursuing Bachelor's degree in: Supply Chain Management Industrial Engineering Data Analytics Business Analytics Operations Management Information Systems Related disciplines Technical Skills Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data transformation, formulas, Pivot Tables, and data analysis. Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is preferred. Familiarity with data cleansing, and reporting automation. Basic knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and S&OP processes is an advantage. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. High attention to detail and data accuracy. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Continuous improvement mindset with an interest in process optimization and digital transformation.
