We are looking for an
Intern – Media & E-Commerce SEA & APAC Agents
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MISSION 1: CAMPAIGN &WEBSITE OPERATIONS EXCELLENCE
Conduct quality assurance audits to ensure product pages, promotional campaigns, and website content comply with global and brand standards.
Verify that product images are correctly sized, named, and assigned to the appropriate SKUs and webpages, and collaborate with E-Commerce and APAC Digital Operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
Identify, raise, and monitor technical support tickets related to order flow, website functionality, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Monitor website performance by identifying 404 errors, broken links, and redirection issues, coordinating corrective actions to minimize disruption and support SEO performance.
Implement SEO recommendations provided by external agencies, including content updates and internal linking improvements across market-specific webpages.
Ensure website interface elements, such as buttons, system messages, and error prompts, are accurate, user-friendly, and aligned with operational standards.
MISSION 2: E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT
Manage and follow up on escalated customer cases related to online purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Collaborate with Customer Experience (CX), Supply Chain, Finance, and other relevant teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Support the execution of online customer experience initiatives in partnership with the CX team and Loyalty Lead to improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
Monitor operational performance and contribute recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and overall online shopping experience.
MISSION 3: WEBSITE & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS SUPPORT
Conduct regular competitor benchmarking by reviewing competitor websites and digital campaigns.
Compile weekly reports containing screenshots, observations, and actionable insights on competitor activities, website features, promotions, and customer experience trends.
MISSION 4: CLUB CLARINS MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM
Support the changeover of New Club Clarins Identity across all touchpoints (retail and digital)
Support and upkeep the look and feel of Club Clarins Reward Catalogue
Liaising with vendor on printing in-store collaterals and designing assets
Source for new gifting options for Gold Members.
Support Club Clarins training
MISSON 5: REPORT ANALYSIS
Support redemption reports extraction from CEGID
Support and monitor SOH across the stores
Support campaign communications' report extraction from Adobe for post-mortem
MISSION 6: CAMPAIGN COMMUNICATION
Propose SMS and WhatsApp copies, eDM subject title and preheaders and align with line manager.
Support the brief to agency and work on eDM contents.
create UTM links for the different communications channels
MISCELLANEOUS
Conduct regular stock-take on CRM rewards.
Other responsibilities may be added to the above, which are consistent with the title

Essential qualifications:
Diploma/Degree level, with a focus on Media/E-Commerce/Digital Marketing/Business Management/Marketing.
Basic level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Interest in marketing communications and E-commerce operations
Capacity to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and digitally minded with an awareness of online trends and innovations.
