Job Responsibilities What You'll Be Doing As part of the Operations Team, you'll have the opportunity to: • To handle Customer Due Diligence (CDD) related tasks under supervision of SH & Team Leader. • To prepare CDD related internal documents & gather necessary document for CDD. • To complete CDD related work by its due date & monitor due dates to meet the time line. • To cooperate with marketing staff and other relevant department such as SGAD CRA/AML. • To communicate and help one other among administrative team and marketing staffs to help enhance performance and achieve section goals. • To ensure compliance to legal, statutory, and internal rule requirements to support safe guarding of the bank's interests. • Knowledge of RPA operations and maintenance Job Requirements What You'll Learn Throughout your internship, you'll have the opportunity to: • Understand the principles of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and their importance in protecting the bank from financial crime and regulatory risk. • Gain exposure to the end-to-end KYC process involved in onboarding new individual and corporate clients. • Gain an understanding of Anti-Money Laundering requirements, sanctions screening, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) and adverse information checks • Build attention to details, critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills while handling confidential customer information.
