Responsibilities Job Description Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the mall ( Cleaning, M&E, Fire Safety, Car Park, etc. ) Prepare technical specifications for Request for Quotation ( RFQ ) documentation for repair and maintenance works Assist in the coordination of tenancy fitting out and reinstatement works Assist in the liaising with tenants on outstanding fit out submissions after renovation and submission of renovation invoices Updating of Environment Health and Sustainability and ISO documentation and filing to comply with ISO 9001 Provide assistance with Capex works Conduct daily site walks with cleaning supervisors and technicians to ensure cleanliness and identify building defects Support other ad-hoc Operation duties as required Requirements Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate, or any other related disciplines Possess basic Facilities Management knowledge Basic M&E knowledge Detail oriented and Meticulous Proficient with Microsoft Office Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
