Intern - Ops Technology in Tax Administration (Individual Income Tax)

What The Role Is To assist Ops-Tech and Systems in the development or exploration of new tools for operations-technology integration What You Will Be Working On The intern will work on 1 - 2 technology evaluation projects. The intern will also be given opportunities to: Have hands-on experience in technology assessment, technical solution development and stakeholder engagement Conduct assessment of tools and platforms that align with operational requirements. Identify technical solutions that can address specific operational pain points or streamline processes. Present their proposals at key management meetings Key Learning Outcomes/Exposure Understanding of operational workflows and user requirements through a technology-first approach to problem solving. Gain practical experience in stakeholder management Translating operational challenges into technical requirements and solution specifications. Evaluating and recommending technology solutions for stakeholders What We Are Looking For Experience or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence (AI), including Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled business solutions.
