The HR Intern will support TF’s people initiatives in one or more areas such as recruitment, employee engagement and HR operations. The role will provide hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, including support for organisation-wide hiring initiatives, while also providing opportunities to contribute to other areas of HR such as employee engagement, HR operations and organisation development. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience across a range of HR activities within a fast-paced philanthropy organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Support recruitment activities across the organisation, including large-scale or targeted hiring exercises.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Liaise with candidates on interview arrangements and provide relevant information throughout the recruitment process.
Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing and the administration of recruitment applications.
Maintain and update recruitment records and candidate information, ensuring that information is accurate and up to date.
Track, compile and analyse recruitment data for reporting and monitoring purposes.
Support the preparation of recruitment-related materials, documentation and communications.
Provide administrative and coordination support throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
HR & Organisational Support
Support employee engagement, organisation development and other HR initiatives as required.
Assist with the coordination of organisation-wide events, activities and employee initiatives.
Support HR operations and administrative activities, including data collation, documentation and reporting.
Conduct research and provide support for HR projects and initiatives where required.
Work with different teams and stakeholders on people-related matters and projects.
Undertake other HR and organisation-related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
Strong interest in people, recruitment and organisational development.
Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
