Brief Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and creative Intern, Partnerships and Communications to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about digital media, storytelling and making a meaningful impact through content. You will play a key role in supporting our media and outreach efforts to raise awareness and connect with our community.

Cycle 14: 1 Aug 2026 to 31 Mar 2027 (5-6 months)
Open to students from ITE, Polytechnic, Autonomous University, or other educational
institutions (including private and overseas institutions) or currently in transition (e.g. waiting for University admission)
Open for fresh graduates who have not joined the YCCI programme
Key Responsibilities
Manage the uploading and maintenance of approved digital content of the social media calendar, including editing reels and capturing photos for content
Conduct basic proofreading and copywriting for communication materials across various channels, with a particular focus on digital platforms
Conduct media monitoring and compile relevant coverage or trends
Support planning and execution of outreach events and collaborate with external agencies or partners when necessary
Coordination of assets, informing and sharing across to agencies and relevant internal teams
Supports ad-hoc projects, administrative matters, fundraising and outreach events
Learning Objectives
To gain hands-on experience in social media and digital content creation
To contribute to meaningful storytelling and advocacy
To gain exposure to media outreach, campaign planning and event support
To build valuable work experience in the healthcare, or the nonprofit sector
Preferred Skills & Qualities
Background or interest in Media, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Proficient in basic photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Tik Tok, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.)
Good writing and communication skills
Organized, proactive and a team player
Note: This internship is part of the
Youth Corps Community Internship (YCCI)
, a 5–6 month developmental programme by Youth Corps Singapore. Interns will gain hands-on experience with a community or social sector partner while also participating in Skills Training, Career Explorations, Learning Journeys, and community service. The programme supports youth development through on-the-job training and meaningful contributions to society.
