Intern, Policy Development and Evaluation

Verian is looking for a candidate to join our Policy Development & Evaluation team for an internship. Responsibilities: Support quantitative and qualitative research, including in-depth interviews, participant observations and surveys Conduct reviews of academic literature, as well as trends and social media scans Support the team’s work in policy development and evaluation, including liaising with stakeholders to collect and report relevant data Assist with preparation of reports, proposals and presentations Proactively manage proposals and projects’ timelines and deliverables Assisting in any relevant research and analysis work as assigned Key Requirements: Passionate about Behaviour change, Policy development and evaluation within the social and government space Interest in public sector issues and desire to make a positive social impact Ambidextrous thinker who is comfortable with data but also able to think laterally and creatively A natural problem-solver who is self-motivated and has a passion for learning Organised, meticulous, deadline driven and able to multi-task Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Microsoft Excel Currently resides and able to work in Singapore Able to start immediately – part-time (2-3 days a week) or full-time (5 days a week), for at least 3-5 months About Verian Verian is a world leading, independent research, evidence, evaluation, and communications agency, providing services to government and the public realm.
