Intern, Product Engineer & Sales Support – ASEAN regional

Job Summary: Be a product specialist in the assigned lighting product category and providing pre and post technical sales support to our customers. Possess excellent communication skills. Meticulous and motivated. This role reports directly to the ASEAN Regional Product Manager and is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the wider organisation, including marketing, procurement, and sales support. Some regional travel ASEAN Countries Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia may need. Based in Singapore. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical or related Engineering, Business/Marketing fields preferred. Internship 6 months or longer . Address:  24 Kim Keat Road, Ground floor. Singapore 328806 Key Responsibilities: 1. Be a subject matter expert: To be Product specialist with deep understanding of the assigned lighting product. To make product proposal and provide technical support to the sales team. 2.Product Portfolio management : i) Plan and execute the Portfolio Lifecycle from phase-in to phase-out. ii) Manage new product registration process. iii) Management of the product content tools. iv) Management of the pricing tools. 3. Sales support : Assist in Pre-post Sales support activities. i) Prepare sales quotation. ii) Prepare samples and demo box.  iii) Prepare training materials. iv) Provide product technical support. v) Assist in product troubleshooting. Skills & Qualifications: 1. Electrical engineering and/or Business marketing skill 2. Strong analytical skill, meticulous to fine details 3. Good Microsoft office skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint 4. Communication Skills: i) Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to present product information clearly and verbally to both technical and non-technical business audience. ii) Strong presentation skills for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events. iii) Good level of written and spoken English & Mandarin About Us: NVC International is a renowned multinational corporation in the lighting industry.
